Digital Transformation Readiness Test for Banks
Digital Transformation Readiness Test for Banks
The questions banks need to try to answer to test their readiness for digital transformation are:
1. Are our processes efficient enough to cater to the fast changing customer needs and market dynamics?
- can we decrease the time and effort required for our critical process without sacrificing necessary controls?
- can we implement straight through processing and automated workflow solutions on our current processes?
2. What can we learn from the data that we have? Are we trying to understand our customers more intimately using their financiographic and sociographic information? Are we we turning this information into useful insight as quickly as it is required to adapt to our customers’ needs
3. Are we willing to collaborate with more nimble, agile, and innovative fintechs that can help us in solving our problems?
4. Do we have internal capability to innovate? Does our senior leadership understand how quickly things are changing in our industry? can we use tech as an enabler to help achieve our digital goals? Do we have the right people to champion change?
5. Are we empowering our customers enough to customize their interaction with the bank?
