Rafiqul is an IT leader with over 25 yrs. of leadership experience. Possess hands on experience developing systems, guiding projects, developing IT Strategy, doing business transformation and leading large teams (8 – 26).Tertiary qualified (Engr. Graduate, MBA) and hold certifications for SCRUM Master, PMP, Six Sigma, ITIL and TOGAF (IT Architecture). Lived and worked in Australia, Kuwait Middle East and India outside of Singapore. Led IT and key business-tech initiatives with FMCG (Unilever, 3M), Multi brand retail (Alghanim in Middle East), Consulting (IBM, Cap Gemini), health Sciences (Abbott, GSK) and luxury automotive (Harley Davidson).
Recent success
Ecommerce (Magento) Product Developed – Developed a B2C Webshop (www.freestylelibre.com.sg) on Magento and used payment providers. Developed with an outsourced team. Hosted on AWS store. Adopted the AGILE scrum methodology. It was PCI certified. The product was interfaced to warehouse partner for dispatches, notification and customer delivery confirmation. Generated multi-million dollar 1st year revenue with 3% conversion within 9 months of launch.
Mobile App (iOS & Android) - Built a mobile App for Patient awareness events on iOS and Android platform. It collects consumer interests, encrypts it, transfers it to ETL for scrubbing and then moves it to salesforce instance for use by marketing CRM tool. Improved brand visibility and interest from B2B segments.
CRM (Salesforce implementation and custom product development) –(1) Developed a healthcare practitioner CRM on WeChat for China leveraging it as electronic detailing and engaging tool. Helped to contact 7000 doctors spread over 600 hospitals to introduce the new wearable and iOT capable medical device. (2) Had successfully project managed Salesforce Cloudimplementation for Singapore and Hong Kong in Abbott. Set up Sales Cloud, integration with distributors, API interface to web shops and ERP. Managed to develop and setup a custom object, did de-dup, used de-dup tool Cloudingo, integrated data from web shop, app (Vablet of SFDC App exchange), did data scrubbing and cleansing (ETL-Informatica) for SFDC custom object with DB de-duplication.
Multiple SAP Implementations - SAP ECC 6.0 for PTP at a luxury and lifestyle motorcycle principal CKD plant /India -120 users ($24.5M) & OTC, RTR for MKT/ Channels APAC ($45M).Guided SAP ECC 6.0 Implementation of FI/CO, MM for Corp Fin -budget of $ 1.1 MM impacting 250 users. Implemented SAP ECC 6.0 HCM suite for the Corp HR at a cost of $ 1. 95 MM impacting 2000 users Completed for a FMCG distribution unit SAP ECC 6.0 (IS Retail) MM, FI/CO, EWM, SD and mobility for 950 users .
