    Madhukar has 35 years of experience in global multinational firms in the areas of Finance and Compliance.

    Madhukar is a practicing Chartered Accountant (ACA) and has an MBA.

    His last position was Executive Director, Worldwide Office of Healthcare Compliance, Asia Pacific for Johnson & Johnson from 2005-2010. Prior to this, he was the Regional Finance Director for Johnson & Johnson Medical Asia Pacific & ASEAN from 1992-2005.

    He was instrumental in setting up the finance shared service centre for J&J Medical Asia Pacific. He also headed the Asia Pacific treasury centre and rationalized the regional banking structure. He partnered with business leaders in the turnaround of companies during the turbulent times including upgrading the finance skills by conducting training for all key employees. He was responsible for setting up the Internal Audit and SOX implementation. He was responsible for all Finance and Accounting functions for Asia Pacific.

    Madhukar played a key role in developing the Healthcare Compliance guidance standards for Johnson & Johnson in the areas of policies and procedures, risk assessment, audit and monitoring, due diligence process for third party intermediaries, escalation procedures, investigations and allegations. The resulting healthcare compliance programs have been effectively implemented across 50 operating companies in Asia.

    Prior to J&J, Madhukar was the Financial Controller with Motorola and Finance Manager  with Apple Computer from 1982-1992.
